Refund policy
Our Goal:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Safety Otter products. If you're not happy, we're here to help.
Return Window:
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return for unused items in original condition.
What Can Be Returned:
- Unused products in original packaging
- Items without signs of wear or damage
- Products with all original tags and accessories
What Cannot Be Returned:
- Items damaged by customer misuse or modification
- Products with missing parts or packaging
- Electronic items with tampered battery compartments (for safety)
How to Start a Return:
1. Email us at hello@safetyotter.com within 30 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
3. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
4. Once approved, we will provide the designated return address and detailed shipping instructions.
Return Shipping:
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
- We're not responsible for items lost in return transit
Refunds:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us at hello@safetyotter.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll replace it or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
Exchanges:
We don't offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
